Nando's Australia - Chicken Shears

Are you a huge fan of Nando's ?

Me, I use their sauce for nasi kandar fried chicken . Occasionally, I lather a drop on chicken rice especially since the hawker's sauce has such a garlicky pong Dracula's fangs would fall out if he so much came within ten feet of whoever just ate it.

Have seen their sauce all over the place sold just like that but in Australia, omg ! Look they even give you a pair of chicken shears to really " git down " on it !

Super awesome.

Goes without saying. Of course we bought it. 

Bit of panic at the gelateria

After succumbing to authentic Italian gelato in the previous trip , we headed in here for yet another cone, yup, all the way on this side of the world 

Ribs & Burgers - Central Park

If you don't know anyone who has a backyard here, Ribs & Burgers will be closest thing you can get to a Barbie without costing you an arm and leg.

Hungry Jack's is Burger King

Bit of confusion at first. To us it looked like an almost-there copycat but ah, in Australia, Burger King is known as Hungry Jack's . 

The master franchise holder ,also owns Domino's , KFC, as well as the famous Sydney Bridge climb adventure so you can imagine, very kayalah ( wealthy ) this fella

A Sydney summer filled with activities

This summer, I got to do all the things I ever wanted to do in  

Sydney.

Like taking silly jump shots at the Opera House for example . Don't laugh, we did after all, help trigger the selfie stick trend in Europe.
