Sam's Tailor

We didn't intend to find this tailor .  As a matter of fact, we were trying to locate the MTR station on foot from Stanford Hillview, when we accidentally came across it.

Somehow, I got all excited and rushed into the building just to see what the fuss was all about.

They're famous for tailoring for the rich and very famous. Wow. So many have gone through this small door. Maybe some of them will have to go in sideways or stay outside for a fitting.

Sadly I can only recognise Prince Charles and Madeleine Albright. Who are the rest ? Think there's a US President and other celebrities I don't know.

Funny why they don't want to do any renovation and update their look. The shop looks so 70s, unhip and really dated although I can see that it is truly well stocked .

Anyway it was fun , if only for a brief moment.

Won't look out of place in Campbell Street or even Jalan TAR.
