Oh the stray dogs in Penang , they lie in the middle of the road like this. Without a care in the world or the fear of being run over . Except this one is different.

Look , she's so lazy she just moved her eyes upwards.
Did not flinch one bit. No siree.
Amazingly , most dogs on the island don't get run over because we always slow down for them to get outta the way or somehow drive round them.
This , however , is the first time I see one in this specific reserved lot for the disabled.
