Bubba Gump Shrimp Co at The Curve

One might be forgiven for thinking that a Long Beach diner had been airlifted right smack into the middle of Mutiara Damansara

The entire restaurant is doted with memoribilia connected to the movie Forrest Gump

Notice there's even a corrugated tin roof where the fans are

We sit over in this section and the waiter soon explains the table sign to us.
"Run Forrest Run" means you don't want to be disturbed...

However if you need the waiter to attend to you,
just flip the sign up to show
"Stop Forrest Stop"
Aww...how cute....

I'm distracted for a moment by this display directly above our table.
Ewww....did Tom Hanks really wear this ?

This Quirky ping pong paddle doubles up as a drink menu

Unlike other American outlets in Malaysia,
Bubba Gump's free kids meal is just awesome.
The beef in this burger is surprisingly thick and made from real meat (no cheap processed stuff )
The fries are delicious.
Only thing is,the jelly takes some getting used too.

Crazy Cajun chicken
is a must try dish
Quite rich and spectacularly yummy
Love this and will probably crave over it

Run across America sampler.

Far out dip and chips... got nicer the more you ate
Spicy Chicken strips.... marinated in the same hot sauce as Chilli's wings
Chilli shrimps...very addictive lemony buttery tang to it
Hush pups and Mama Blue's fried shrimps(hidden)...so so
Vegie dish ....capital yuck

Conclusion : probably won't order this again

Halfway through,
this waiter shook his bon bon , as the others sang " I like to move ...it move it" to mix some kind of prawn salad together in a drink shaker.
Hilarious !
Will want to try this out next time just for entertainments sake

Tips : The staff are real gems. Attentive and very sporting. They're really good with kids too and will sometimes help you keep them entertained so you can dine in peace.

Foodwise : will return for the Cajun chicken as well as order a larger portion of peel and eat shrimps
