Minion Mania in Malaysia

 

Truth is, so many adult hearts in Malaysia were broken on the 11th of July. Right now we're just into week two and already there's so much venom spewed over these two Minions below .

Some people don't get the purple drones known as Evil Minions, but lemme tell you, if you're a collector this IS relevant. It's the alter ego after the cute yellow Minion gets injected by a serum. Like a mini Frankenstein.

 

 

In Penang, some outlets sold out by 4 a.m. as soon as word got out through the social networks. Yep, some collectors stayed up the entire night and even went round the whole island trying to 'get some' . When they failed , 'the children' are brought up.

Seriously now ?

Any parent worth their salt, knows that it's just the Happy Meal cardboard box on the table that the kids really want.

 

 

For those who desperately want to land your hands on them, my advise is to stay in /around /just outside your chosen outlet and stay put as long as you can take it, as some franchisees might release the second batch , when they get the green light from their respective heads. Could range from 2/6/18 hours...maybe 2 days later....please bear in mind that this piece of advice is only for the very desperate with no guarantee of success whatsoever .

 

So....if you don't wanna be greeted by the sign above, I guess you know what to do for week 3 , yes ?
