SF Cinema City - MBK Plaza

As it turns out , we caught the movie I,Frankenstein, in SF Cinema City

Which happens to look like a futuristic cathedral

Unlike cinemas back home, you can wait just outside for the doors to open. But since there weren't many people, thanks to Bangkok Shutdown, I could saunter here and there.
Ended up with a drink and a free cup to go with that.

Well, that's the door down there.
After a really long bout of adverts before the movie proper began, everyone stood up for the King's Anthem.
Should you decide not to, you risk incurring the ire of some patriotic citizens, I kid you not.

Sound system and visual wise, lightyears ahead of the cinemas in Penang. Pricewise, almost the same.
Seats were so plush, I gasped, really unbelievable for the price that we paid.
And no, we didn't watch it in Thai. There were Thai subtitles, but the movie was in English. To avoid any confusion, at the time of purchase, make sure you ask the relevant question.
Getting out so late was rather tricky, after all, it was our first time here. Managed to follow a local guy and with some help from the guards, made our way back safely to the hotel

Location : MBK Plaza
