Gladiator territory

There's a gladiator waiting round almost every major tourist attraction corner in Rome.
If you are unfortunate enough to meet some aggressive ones, merely pointing your camera at them will make them rush up to you and demand payment for the photo you've just taken. And the fee is not cheap ok ?

But this time round, the ones I've seen so far are not so nasty. They're not pushy because they have more or less got their territory marked out with no competition .

2nd guy.
Super chummy, easy going , good clean costume.
Yeah, this area is his alright. No other to be seen.
He approaches us, we smile and shrug him off by not answering any of his questions.
That makes him move on. Not pushy nor aggressive.
Completely likeable to the unsuspecting tourist.

Manages to snare this couple into posing for 3 playful shots.
3....hu hu hu ....do they or do they not know what they've got themselves into.

Probably not.
One arm goes round the guy.
Mr Gladiator must have named his price since the guy pulls back slightly in shock. Must be an exorbitant sum.
Some negotiation goes on until a sum is agreed upon.

See the girl ? She's looking a bit pensive.
Not staying around just in case Mr Gladiator turns around

Location : Piazza Venezia
