Judging from these prices, it's definitely much cheaper if you stay for say..more than 5 days. That also depends on what cc of car you are driving. A 2 liter mpv will set you back RM550 both ways, while a Kancil RM260.

Pretty steep rates, but for the sheer convenience some would prefer to drive their own car around the island.
Take note that there are separate charges for passengers tagging along.
