Is Croatia for the remigrant ?

Update : Here's an account  from those who have taken this path. As usual , they enter and do not want to be detected.
Yeah , like a real spy Hollywood movie come to life .

The current border closure in Slovenia , has already caused some to contemplate embarking on a more perilious 3 day sea journey to Italy from Greece or Turkey and then on foot from there onwards.

Destination Croatia.
Some remigrants are now taking this route with the advent of the Hungarian Fence where border police have begun deploying tear gas and water cannons right at this very moment.

Earlier , Croatian Prime Minister , Zoran Milanović , had issued a Merkel - like welcome , in 3 languages .

However , this passageway through Croatia , apart from the dangerous landmines and certain hostiles , is not without pitfall and uncertainty.
Such as how the country is not in the Schengen zone and the implications of that . You will wanna read this.

What the remigrant should note is the legality of entering Croatia and proceeding onwards to the country of their choice , until which time the Slovenian , Croatian and Austrian governments meet up this Thursday to discuss the issue of a safe corridor .
Update : everybody has been conned by the western media on this issue. There were zero talks.

Till then , kindly study this asylum related post below before you make the next move.

With the latest incident where male remigrants broke down the border gates , attacked and injured many Hungarian police officers by throwing huge rocks down on them , the remigrants have just about blown away any chance of pity and leniency towards them .
