Some of you probably caught my latest post which I took down soon after an altercation with a bananut . Who is what turns out to be the rudest branch manageress , who insulted me on my so called lack of Chineseness , based on my inability to communicate with her in Mandarin or her mother tongue .
Well , here's roughly what went .
Since the value of the product I was supposed to have redeemed was not fully realised , I made a quick call to get a confirmation from their call centre to fix things . Which the good people at the centre did . Great .
However , the bananut in contention came out with boxing gloves and knives swinging because she assumed straightaway that any phone call or email from the HQ , was a customer complaint , to be dealt with sharp tongued brutality . Which was far from the truth as I had earlier posted up good reviews on the social network ( but which I promptly withdrew because hey , if you trust my recommendation and meet Hellgirl , you'd think I was getting paid to con you right ? )
We ( me and the bananut ) got off on a terrible footing via my phone call to her whereby she proceeded to tick me off by mocking my comprehension of Mandarin .
I was not " Hua Ren " enough for her .
Wtf man . Never mind that , I tried to pander to Miss Bigheaded Bigot in Cantonese to which she retorted back some insidious replies in English.

Fuah , even Cantonese is not Chinese enough in this dowagers eyes .
U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E !
To cut the long story short , I received a horrible , humiliating , intimidating , disconcerting and uncalled for tongue lashing from her . Defensive all the way to the end of the phone call .
I took it in , but lodged a formal complaint afterwards and received a verbal apology from the people in charge .
How many victims has this witch from the bowels of sales target hell consumed and spit out ? If it were someone else , the level of aggression might frighten them into shame and silence .
Not muah .
So girls , if you cannot speak or understand Mandarin like muah and you get a prickly urchin who thinks it is ok to talk down to you in this manner ( because she probably does this to others and has gotten away with it so far ) , make that phone call , write / email / snailmail / forward your displeasure in black and white , so it will alert the company she works for , on her unprofessional behaviour .
Most companies will take you seriously as it is an almost sure fire way to chase potential customers away .
Take the time to do that and you might save another victim from Miss Jaws .
