So this is what 10 million baht can yield.

The nabbing of the person suspected to be the Bangkok Bomber just as he was about to cross into Cambodia.

The fact that no one will ever tip off the Thai authorities again , since they decided that they and not informants should take the bounty is beside the point .

A farang observation on the investigations into the Bangkok Bomber

Some farangs complain a bit too much.

But I have to say this guy here ( probably someone who used to be vocal on the social network but thanks to a warning by the Thai police , has gone under and reemerged with a fake facebook profile ....or not ) he's not far off.

The way he put it made me chuckle a bit. 

Since according to him , the authorities seem to be sitting on their butt , let me put forth some observations of my own.

My own . Yet another armchair internet sleuth observation if I may say so.

Here's what I think.

10 Million Baht yes TEN MILLION BAHT - Bounty for the Bangkok Bomber

Update : The reward is now 10 million baht. Not 1 million not 3 million but TEN MILLION BAHT.

That's roughly around 1.7 Million MYR , 

USD 280,000 , 

Euro 240,000.

 Bounty hunters , here is your best clue.

Apparently , the times have been adjusted ( whatever that means ) but the release of a timeline does help put things into perspective for a better analysis.

Well some people think that this passport is probably a fake ( or recently produced ) . Because as you can see later below , the person in possession of it looks far younger than approaching 50 years of age .

Thai police have released images of a suspect.

The pic on the right shows him with a backpack.

Another without.

As the bomb is believed to weigh around 3 kilos it does put him in a tight spot and if the authorities do nab him , he has one hell of explaining to do.
