( NH ) Seoul Garden,Sunrise Tower

The leaf you see floating above this Gopchang Jeongol is called Perilla. It's an incredibly delicious tasting vegetable, which the Korean community in Malaysia have managed to cultivate locally .
Though rougher in texture, darker in colour and not as fragrant as those grown in Korea, if you're craving for it, this will do just the job in satiating your appetite.

If only you could smell the tripe, bits of beef, red chillies....perilla leaf and perilla seeds, boiling in this glorious red cauldron....really good !

As in any Korean restaurant, you can get them to top up this Banchan selection consisting of small anchovies, beansprouts, lotus roots, 2 varieties of kimchi and spinach F.O.C.

Kimchi Jeon. My absolute must order with each visit.

Mandu dumplings .
First time having it here. Dunked it into the soup to soften the dumpling skin. That made it more tasty and not so dry , but I probably won't call for this again.

Location : Sunrise Tower, Gurney Drive

Directions : look for the Gurney Drive roundabout, there is a large Mc Donald's nearby. The shop is located above Mc Donald's
