Legendary $45 Burger - Hard Rock Cafe Penang

 

 

 

Depending on the accomodation package you book , this gigantic snack could be yours to enjoy for free .

Otherwise, you'll have to fork out RM$50 ++ for this platter.

Even if you have to, it's worth every ringgit just splashing out on this treat.

 

 

 

 

The fun part is there are not one but 4 sauces to choose from with one very nice and cool salad mix in the middle where the glass cup is, with plenty of olives to munch on.

Tupelo Chicken Tenders were meaty and good, Santa Fe spring rolls were delightful,

and Onion rings were just the way I like it .

But we had to fight for the Hickory smoked wings as well as the Potato skins with bacon bits.

 

Following in our crazy, no logic tradition , whenever we eat out, well that was just for starters. Not syok if we don't eat till bursting point so we called for more.

Main courses this time.

Twisted Mac and cheese with grilled chicken breast.

3 cheeses went into the mac mind you, it's so divine, I never even liked Macaroni dishes before this. It's so good, I wanna have this next round.Very filling. For those who eat like a bird, this could feed 4 pax.
 



 

 

No, this is not the legendary burger.

It's a Cheeseburger around RM 31 ++ or so.

Very good, on par with the fine dining outlet upstairs in Avillion ( PD ), I enjoyed many years ago.
 

 

 

 

Served on the end of a huge steak knife, enters the heavyweight champ. With a flag on top for good measure.
 

 

 

Can't tell you how this tasted, as the person who ordered it , absolutely guarded this most jealously to the end.

He sawed away as if it were a lamb Kebab...it never seemed to end !

 



 

 

Judging from his response, this has got to be the best burger he's had in a long time.

Certainly lives up to it's price tag.

At the end of the meal, all of us staggered out full to the brim, very satisfied and extremely happy.
