Geranium tea & Teapot soup

Ever tried Geranium tea ?
Said to be good for sore throat, it can also double up as a diuretic to flush out the kidneys and urinary tract.

This one here, is an old Penang brand I found stashed away on the upper shelves of a neighbourhood grocer . Jawi writing on the back proves how far back it goes.

Tastes similar to the teh tarik, that the morning roti canai stall at Transfer Road used to serve. That was last time, today, it's a thing of the past. Doesn't matter, now that I've found it here. :)

Next Dobin-mushi.
Also known as Teapot soup, it is soup served in a teapot. One of my favourite side orders when I'm at a Japanese restaurant . You have the option of squeezing in the lime wedge or not. If you do, it makes the soup with small pieces of chicken, fishballs, leeks, mushrooms etc ,  a little more tangy.

Thing is, each teapot comes with just one teacup, so if you're not into sharing from the same cuppa, it's best you get another for yourself.

Found it in : Sushi Tei ( less than RM 10 per pot )
