Premium Sushi Train Kai - 2nd visit

We just had to come back a second time and figure out how to get the bullet train to deliver our orders to our table.
This below is the standard price of per colour coded plate here. Bear in mind there is a hefty 8percent tax added on to each plate....not your entire bill..but each plate

Try to come earlier when the chef in white is around with the fishes in this front window display unit. The sushi will be much better prepared then.
On this revisit, we didn't see him around and I have to say that standards in terms of freshness were much lower

Today, they gave us a seat which lay directly in front of the very busy mini bullet train route.
You place your order via the ipad and wait for it to deliver right to your seat. Once you've taken your plates off the train, just press the red button to let it go back to the kitchen.
Cute !

Try and spot the food on the train if you can

All in , we had more unusual dishes this time round.
Like Ice fish for instance and the seared salmon below. If you think that it is fully cooked, you are so wrong, just the mayo topping is seared, the fish isn't . We're ok with that since we do enjoy raw sashimi . But if you're not ok with that, you should avoid this dish.

Location : Diver City  6th floor
