If this tree could speak , the people that did this to it would probably run helter skelter.
Why ? See for yourself.
Don't know which is worse, the illegal banners hammered into the trunk ...
or the person who snipped them off in this manner.
When I pointed it out to my partner in crime, he laughed so loud I could have nailed something into him too.
So, I took one step closer and snapped this pic.
Guess it does look odd but just enough to make me frown .
