Disgusting looking Malaysian Chinese hawker dishes that are good for health

When I'm feeling under the weather I load up on gross
looking Chinese foods.
This hawker on Kimberley Street sells duck porridge and
after eating a whole bowl , whatever latent heat that is trapped in my liver is expunged almost instantly.
I can feel it escaping from my back and there is a general feeling of relief from that.

The porridge does not only consist of duck meat but also
plenty of chopped disgusting looking offals and various inards , duck fat and boiled soupy rice in a stew like mix.
The only thing decent floating in this bowl is the hard boiled herbal egg , chopped chinese celery leaves and deep fried garlic

The other dish we're having is a huge plate of braised
chicken feet.
We eat this for the ligaments and gelatin which are extremely good for the knees and ageing.

The only undisgusting item on tonights menu is this bowl of Koay Teow Thn'g.
However , if you're not Chinese , nor Malaysian , Thai or Singaporean , the mere thought of eating fishballs might be a tough one to swallow

In the end , I'd like to think we rebooted and
rejuvenated our system . Hopefully though, no one who just read this post ,feels sick .
