Ribs & Burgers - Central Park

If you don't know anyone who has a backyard here, Ribs & Burgers will be closest thing you can get to a Barbie without costing you an arm and leg.

And because it serves up mouthwatering Australian cuisine, even the paper towels need to be extra big and absorbent

When we went through Tripadvisor, lots of patrons recommended the burger.

Instead, we went half mad lusting after their steak which filled 3 quarters of the serving board
Better than Argentinian assador , with just a tinge of barbecue sauce , bear in mind I am not a fan of barbecue sauce but this was just irresistible . Light marination with an unforgettable aroma wafting up to work up the appetite
Do not discount the fries. They're yummy too !

Sliders duo is a fun way to sample their burgers.
One beef, the other chicken, the chicken burger lover preferred the beef as it was more succulent and really fragrant.

Back portion of the restaurant. Just love it here

Bill, not expensive seeing how the steak weighed
close to 400g

Wish I could show you the  handsome chef with a hip Movember moustache but ah ladies, you'll have to keep your fingers crossed that he doesn't lop it off. Keeping my eyes on the table cos he IS distracting.

Location : The Broadway, Sydney
