Not that I'm complaining about the price....
today.
The owner remains the same but they have subtly implemented a few cost saving measures which
sort of affect the dishes and our overall meal satisfaction
Let's begin with the Large Kimchi soup.
The perilla leaf is missing. In its place is Tong ho, a Chinese veg.
Soup base is not as full bodied as before. They're using tiny pork belly pieces now.
The waiter switches off the gas when we are half finished.Found that quite rude. If they are trying to save costs this is not the way to go about it.
6 condiments as opposed to 7 three years ago.
Kimchi is still as good. Beansprout and watercress standard. Can't say the same about the rest.
Kimchi Jeon pancake.
Thinner , flatter just as tasty but burnt
Lastly there were no pine nuts to be found
in my ginseng tea.
Really feel shortchanged.
