This is Valentine's Day at the Hard Rock Penang. Pulsating and throbbing with sooooo many couples per square metre oozing with so much love , it was the bedrock to get down to the business of sheer luuurving
If you were not here last night, let me show you what you were missing and why you should kick yourself if you choose another venue.
First was the fantabulous variety of choice menus to suit your budget , to send you over the moon and back , all the better to ravish each other with later
Next. This location is super duper romantic after sundown . Plus there were these heart shaped balloons. Omg there were so , so , so many . And a good thing too because in order to hit your partners heart , don't we all need some arrows from Cupid , thus the more hearts the merrier . Surely your intended target will be lovestruck after your thoughtful gesture to fete her here.
The thing about Hard Rock's fans is, they start out like this sexy suave couple here in front . When the kids march in, like the family in the back , the fire burns brighter than ever .
Loved the atmosphere at the Pizzeria the most. Open air and very casual , one had the choice of dining indoors or by the edge where the soft sand was. Super romantic.
The best candlelit dinner money can buy, is this.
Unbeatable. Very exclusive. The envy of every guest since there were only 2 tables in this central location . There were other private huts towards the Pizzeria. But you know both of you want this. Next to the beach with waves lapping in . All of which makes it look as if the whole hotel was celebrating both of your love .
Starz Diner on the other hand was dynamic and in full swing.
The open kitchen resembled a reality tv show with chefs furiously churning out Valentine courses one after the other.
Still there were others who opted for room service.
Now we come to this
insta photobooth . Amazing how silly costumes can bring out the happiest faces . Great idea if I may add. Everyone walking away with happy faces.
Over at pool area , if you looked hard enough , you could even spot couples bobbing around the pool , in the shadows and under the bridge . Another nice spot for more loving.
Looking at the many footprints in the sand , you know what a wonderful feeling it is to walk along the sandy path, hear that delightful crunching underneath, with love songs belted out by the live band in The Lounge .
Once we got out to the beach itself , there were a few couples that were totally lost in each others arms ....awwww...
I get a buzz from just seeing others swoon and fawn over each other . These here are the other private candlelit dinners away from the main area with little candles flickering in the wind.
Enough already ? Not quite . Hard Rock Penang knows how to melt the most stone cold person into a spoonful of butter in the most unexpected ways.
One Arab couple went absolutely gaga over this scented perfumed display in the sand , they took so many pictures from every angle possible and those I never even thought of. Finding it's location is half the fun .
Love is such a wonderful thing made even more magical at Hard Rock. So you missed out and you're reading this while wringing your hands and saying Aiyaaa ....it's ok. Tell yourself this is where you wanna be. The next celebration. The next special festive occasion. Next Valentine especially.
