Avillion's 3 swimming pools

Either times flies fast or I am veeery slow in posting. One Sunday ago , you would find us by the .....

1. Village Pool
The main pool.
Water is not too cold. Nice and tepid. There are 4 jacuzzi areas here alone with 3 where the chairs are.

Yes, there are 2 strips of beaches flanking the resort, but rather than risk being bitten by sandflies ( the red itch can last for a week ) most locals will use the pool

This is the scene during breakfast buffet.
Lol. Empty. Everybody's busy piling their plates. Only until 10am. After that, people start booking their favourite spots.

Most Malaysian mommies will sit under the shade while their kids have fun.
I really think they should shed their inhibition and not be afraid of what other women might think of the flab that they have. Hope I was a good example of how to flaunt all your love handles and cellulite like you don't have any.

Next to the pergola is this fun shaded area with a type of jacuzzi in the middle. Jets aren't very strong though

On our final morning, we sat out here till 11am .
See the small submerged head ?
That's where the 3 remaining jacuzzis are.
Jets are a wee bit stronger but difficult to sit in and relax as you will keep sliding

Last angle.Looking at the Village Court coffee house.

2. The kids pool with slide.
Visible from the lobby. Most times this is where the screaming comes from

Wouldn't even call this a kid's pool.
So shallow it's more of a toddler pool . Very popular with parents who can't swim . They'll watch the kids from the side with their feet dipped in. Older kids like to use the slide. Keep the landing area clear since kids nowadays are quite um,large that your baby might get squashed .

3. Cochin Pool
The adults only pool.
No kids allowed. Discriminatory . A brilliant idea. Yep.

Looks like an infinity pool from this angle. Heated mind you , thus very pleasant at night. All 3 pools remain open for 24 hours so even if you check in late , you're not hampered by time restriction if you wanna enjoy the facilities straight away.

As you can see , it is just beside a footpath . Not so secluded, only thing is most times there are no little screamers around. Most soak in the pool and don't swim around.
For those who prefer peace and quiet. A great idea actually. No pests.
