Good thing I was allocated a spot at the workshop session conducted recently, at the Samsung Experience Store located on the 6th floor of Gurney Paragon , Penang .
As I am no techie nor well versed with the wonders of the S pen , I definitely needed this 1 hour know-how .
Having small hands , apart from the glitzy hoopla, frankly , we did not get off on the right footing .Bit too large for me to hold .
However , under the expert tutelage of

you know , I finally got it.
Not how to hold it.
But how to use the S pen like a boss , why the S pen is the single most important thing on this phone and how to work the Air Command .
After you learn that , you will find your cell even more rewarding than the occasional rewards and privileges apart splashed out by these Galaxy icons below .
Soooo, this post is actually my dummies guide to remind myself on what I have learnt but of course you are most welcome to snoop in.
Now , the S pen is definitely the most integral feature of the Note 5. This is the key that will open up your entire office to you and allow you to be totally mobile.
In short, this your solution to simplifying your very packed and hectic life ,so you have more time for power networking , other blazing money trail pursuits or simply shaking your legs so to put it.
Once you take the S pen out of its slot , 3 basic preloaded icons will appear .
Screen write . Smart Select. Action memo.
The fourth is a + sign for you to add on shortcuts to your favourite apps or sites like Whatsapp and whatnot.
1. Screen write enables you to snap a 50 page long document without having to scroll past the 2nd page.
Is that incredible or what ?
2 . Smart Select icon allows you to download specific applications , where you can chuck your laptop away for good ( well , almost ) ....
....because you can fit that Excel spreadsheet into your phone .....amazing !
Best of all , is you can now sign cheques via your phone even if you are on the golf course.

3. Action Memo feature not only translates written to text , you can also jot down important numbers when driving or silly thoughts while on the go .
Remember to use the Screen Off Memo when you are behind the wheel , to access that .
I have cute artwork but that is not mine. Love it though.
Live Broadcast ( for uploading 10 second delayed real time broadcast onto your YouTube channel ) and Wide Selfie ( a Wefie where you just need to move your angle twice with one tap ) are the other features that impressed me .
If you ask me , the Samsung Note 5, is the new boss ' phone . I know because a lot of Penang bosses have ditched their other brands for this today.
It's not only got the capacity which will have the other directors looking over your smart little shoulder to learn a trick or 2 from your dazzling gadgetery skills .....it is your solution to a smoother day at work or to connect with loved ones whichever continent you are on .
