The curious case of Angie Tiong and her hair

This is little Angie Tiong .
The sweet fringed face caught in the middle of an adult storm .
When she was first reported to be kidnapped , every body was praying for her safety , as well as keeping a look out for her .

By the time she surfaced , this is what she looked like .
Shaved in a manner , which is every Malaysian mums worst nightmare .
We have been warned that kidnappers work this way . They shave the child's hair so no one will be able to recognise them .

( the man in the picture is a friend of Cannie Wong , the adoptive mother who now will only help Angie through this temple committee chairman only , after finding out about her "complicated"  family background )
Oh boo hoo .

Of these 2 women flanking him (  her hubby was apparently too ill to make it to the press conference  ) , Cannie Wong is the one in red , they claim to have adopted Angie on mutual grounds after handing Angie's Dad some money .
The older lady is Cannie Wong's mum in law who is staying in Ipoh . Cannie herself is a Singaporean or a Malaysian with Singaporean PR or her hubby is , nobody is sure due to conflicting newspaper reports .

After reading the attached article by Straits Times , it further roused a hornets nest .
Here is the link to the article :

There is also a short video clip on the press conference . Find that on the newspapers facebook page .

Those clever Singaporeans ( well, some of them at least ) were not so accepting as us Malaysians and these were the questions they raised .

What do I think ?
I think that every single one of the adults connected to this case from all families , all of them should be thoroughly investigated .

Leave no stone unturned .
Stop the trading of children . Period .
