We had a lot of free time to slowly explore all closely connected Christmas Markets in Dresden on foot . This stall is located along the quieter perimeters of the 2nd market , we visited ( there are altogether 5 in this area alone ).
Brisk business as you can see from the crowd .
Prager means Prague and Schinken is ham ....you put two and two together and it means ham grilled Czech style .
As I stepped closer , this lady was busy cutting the ham for customers .
I think she's very beautiful by the way don't you ?
Yes , this was the main objective .
Yet my eyes keep darting between this luscious row of ham roasting away ...
...and this ridiculously good looking lady behind the counter .
Actually , I didn't know what to expect , so as usual , I just pointed , shrugged , and swung my head from side to side to indicate that I was ok with whatever she was going to serve me .
Never seen anything like this. Just amazing !
Tadaaa...
Ever eaten such a huge chunk of ham such as this ?
Bigger than the biggest Whopper you ever held in your hands , the meat was not too salty like what we get in Malaysia , plus it was so tender , it fell away easily with each bite .
Needless to say , it was naturally sweet and fabulous !
Don't ever leave without trying this . Yums !
Price : very reasonable . You won't get ripped off in Germany compared to if you were to go buy the same item from street vendors in Prague itself .
Location : Dresden , Germany
