From what I understand , depending on which state you go to on the mainland , the prices of durians are much cheaper than what you will see in the picture below .
Therefore , this is for the benefit of all those who might be or are planning to fly in and take advantage of the bumper crop .
Prices have dropped apparently , you will be able to get cheaper durians cos a lot of us locals have refrained from eating due to the unreasonable prices .
It may not be as cheap as last time but at least SOME sellers have come to their senses .
