Siam Yeong Curry Mee, Mount Erksine ( NH )

I have to say that I am quite a fan of this curry mee .

If you subscribe by the saying " never trust a skinny chef"
this one must definitely rank as trustworthy.

It must be true because he gives his customers the real filling deal and not a small crummy portion.

Together with fat fleshy prawns that are really fresh and not semi rotting like a lot of places these days.

And fresh bloodcockles that doesn't smell like a stale fridge.

Generous amount of taupok, squid tentacles, salted bloodcakes and crunchy taugeh.

A winner in my eyes.
