Nasir Pasembor Edgecumbe Road ( U )

This is the only Penang Pasembor stall which I will ever patronise.

They have one small shop in Gurney Drive, but it is located near Bali Hai seafood restaurant which is so far away from the popular hawker centre at the roundabout.

It's puasa month and he is now located at the Tg Tokong Param

His variety may not be vast but it is certainly fresh.

Satisfaction guaranteed .

Can't resist these peanut and prawn crisps.

Don't eat them as they are. Pour a little pasembor sauce on top and let it sit a while ,in order to soften it.

I combined each one of these together with one deep fried hard boiled egg, one potato and one coconut dough. Cost me $5.50.

Just pick and choose whatever you wish, he will bundle the sauce and juicy vegies (cucumber and sengkuang) for you to takeaway.

Going hungry just looking at the tofu and eggs in the foreground !

In case you can't catch the Bazaar Ramadhan (better known as Param) in time, try catching them on alternate Saturdays at the Tanjung Tokong nightmarket.
