Be prepared to be spoilt silly even if you are in Economy class. Below is the chic looking menu, front and back cover which elicited a few oohs and aahs from a couple of Mat Sallehs
The inside of the menu might as well be a buffet ticket.
Every meal also comes complete with a proper set of stainless steel cutleries, a rarity on a lot of airlines these days.
The Sea perch with dill cream sauce was delicious. Desserts are par excellence.
As Ayam masak merah isn't my favourite dish it won't be fair of me to pass comment.Only thing I can say is that the cabbages tasted like they came off a nasi kandar restaurant
This is the kids meal. Spaghetti (hmmm they seem to know what kids like most cos it was attacked and gobbled even before I could snap a picture, hence the mess)
Each meal came with a mysterious box full of ..... ????
....sweets, biscuits and awww a toothbrush !
Requested for coke and got this tiny can with Arabic words. Not very sweet and doesn't have that kick factor though.
Much later, this tray of snacks followed. Yea more food.
Loved the juicy baby tomato. No idea why it tasted so good but it did.
I had no more space for anymore food by the time daybreak came so I settled for just an orange juice .
This is the kids breakfast set mind you. Fresh bottle of milk, blueberry muffin, jam, Kellogg's cornflakes, yogurt, fruit slices, more sweets !....the full works !
Time to say goodbye as we stagger out stomach first.
Thanks for stuffing us to the brim Emirates
