Lots of hamper stalls sprouting up all over the place,
but this one literally takes the cake.
They're directly under a sign that screams
" save ! Save ! SAVE ! "

Most annoying thing is, that they even went as far, as to place their chairs all the way out,
taking up one huge chunk of the road.
Beats me how they get away with things like this.
