Kiddo got all excited when I pointed out this stall. Not because of the dessert, but due to the name itself.
Staffed by this pair, it's made fresh on the spot, making it a must see thing to do here !
And then it became my turn to get all excited, as I used to have no idea why it was called that. Until I saw the cuteeeeeee beards all laid out this way.

There's an art in the process, it's fragile and not easy to handle. Requires utmost dexterity which this lady here possesses also. She picked up the dainty beards and rolled them with a sweet pounded peanut centre stuffing which tastes a lot like Muar Chee
The beard itself has almost no taste, but the texture is really something else. Weird even for first timers. Weird but nice. Get it ?
Bottomline is the peanut filling more than makes up for it.
