Siirt Seref - Kurdish lamb

Siirt Seref is a local institution in this nice little area known as little Kurdistan.
It's very easy to find once you locate the Valens Aqueduct.
Notice that the roman structure is just next to the building

Welcome to the world of lamb.
This counter lies next to the door.

This little area seems like a really fun part of town.
See happy people everywhere with ready smiles.
Cept the waiters, they need to look like they mean business.
The people at the back where the cash till is are not only less uptight, they're startlingly good looking Kurdish male specimens if I may say so too, albeit older.
Ladies, you know you'll want to personally go settle the bill for a closer look.

I point to the picture on the left, you know, the one with more meat. Waiter gives me the sign that says " No more "
Rightttt....what about the one of the right ? He nods .

Tadaaa....ok, of course it came covered with a softer piece of bread. Just don't try eat with your hands here or the older waiter will hand you an extra utensil.
That being said, the meat is very tender. The fatty parts excellent. And then there's the skin...ooooohhhhh.....!!!!
Never tasted anything as good as this. Imagine lamb skin can taste good !
Smell a bit on the heavy side. Lamb lovers won't mind of course.
