Vaha Aile Caybehsi - Turkish tea under the trees

And so I wandered right into the heart of Fatih today.
Was a bit of a shock compared to Sultanahmet where everything is near perfect.
Roads were dug up, witnessed a bicycle protest, walked along the wedding street where drivers went half mad trying to ease the jam by honking.

Not once was I expecting to stop nor be tempted for a cup of amber Turkish Tea. As I had resisted in Kadikoy the day before.
Until I wandered around the most beautiful little camii and walked along it until I came to this lovely leafy little clearing.

Everything was dusty and totally untouristy. But the place itself was so charming and the air was cool and nice, I finally had my first proper cuppa today.
