Castel to Ponte Sant'Angelo

Castel Sant'Angelo went from Hadrian's mausoleum to Popes fortress to a museum/gallery today.
Some visitors come at night hoping to hear or see something creepy. Obviously, that's what I'm never gonna
 do.

People were looking over the wall on the right , where the river flows. Curious, we tip toed our way beside them and found that apart from anglers there were just a few cyclists and a strolling couple

Souvenir shops on the street are mostly handled by Banglas.
Gladiator helmets, mini statues, magnets, rosaries...all these are much better than bags and t-shirts which to me seem quite unattractive and unimaginative not to mention expensive. You may try to bargain especially if you are buying bulk souvenirs but there are some brick &mortar ones that sometimes give you a better deal depending on the product.

Biggest euro dollar puller. Anywhere you see this act, money pours into the hat

Right , we're on Ponte Sant'Angelo already

Angel with the Cross, one of  10 different angels designed by Bernini

Countless have walked here since 134 AD, you can count me in as one of them

Funny how the shadow falls. I may be mistaken but it's disturbing how this angle turns out almost similar no matter who photographed it.In fact, to a certain effect it also reminds me of a bridge in Paris , now....if I can only remember where

Nowadays no bridge is safe from love locks. In this case , a Sharpie too

Does anyone like those seagulls as much as I do ?

Closest I could get without spooking it off

Another picture of yet another seagull at the entrance

Enter at night if you dare.
If you are, your reward will be a nice city view from another angle.

Location : Rome
