This restaurant is famous for a dish called
Crispy Chicken.
But tonight it was sold out as there are tons of visitors on the island.
Opted for the Beef with spring onion and ginger.
Always dependable.
Comes with glossy, cookbook perfect, mouthwatering looks
Since we had originally intended to have chicken, we ended up settling for second best.
Belacan Chicken that is.
Verdict. So, so, can eat.

Jasmine Garden Cafe does this the best.
To me, their soups, are not their forte.
But we're having it anyway.
Much prefer rich, thicker ones.
This one's just too insipid and light for me.
Other dishes I would recommend to you are :
Omelettes of any kind (very tasty) as well as
Bittergourd dishes with black beans/ dao si.
Location : Kedai Kopi Joo Seong, Macalister Road
Chowtime : closed on Tuesdays. Open from 6.30pm till around 10pm
Directions : from Tune Hotel, walk across the road, towards a Citylink courier. The shop is right next to a tall Umno building.
