Four Seasons - Trengganu Road ( NH )

As with their outlet in Bayan Lepas, it's high time they refurbished.
But don't worry if you can't read Mandarin.
Just point at their picture menu and tadaaa...
(Take note that you will either fail or score, if you take my advice and follow exactly what I did below )

Score :
Red Snapper steamed with chai poh, presented in such a huge claypot.
Completely licked clean down to the bottom of the bowl.
$44

Also trying out their $27 menu for the first time today.
Consists of 3 rice, one veg, one tofu, one meat.
Only one problem, everything in this particular offer menu, was printed in chinese.

Anyway, here we go.

Tofu with mushrooms.
Very nice. Lots of egg taste to it.
Big hit at the table, first to finish.
Score.

Kale with deep fried egg yolk lace
Hmmm.....so, so
would have preferred the vegies without the egg

Chicken something, something with ginger soaked in wine.
Sweet dish this, meat was tough.
Took forever to finish.
Enough said

Obviously, their forte is fish.
So on the next visit , we'll stick to that , order more of the tofu and probably not learn out lesson by still getting adventurous with other dishes featured on the menu.

Directions : Datuk Keramat police HQ on your left, go straight, pass 2 traffic lights, just before a school called SK Sri Mutiara , there is a road next to it. Turn in go straight, pass the most ridiculously tiny roundabout you will ever see. Continue until you see Lye Lye, a foodcourt on the right. The shop is opposite it.
