At around 7 pm today,at the beginning of Waterfall Road, traffic started building up.
School ? No, school. Today's the Jade Emperor's Birthday, hence all Chinese schools in Penang have taken a day off to honour him.
Roadblock ? Nope
What else can it be but an accident.

true Fish. some blame it on too much yam seng, but lots of drivers drive like mabuk even when totally sober
