Cornered a local resident for info and she divulged that she much preferred his sister's cooking style when she originally helmed the place.
When I asked, how'd he get so famous all of a sudden ? She just shrugged her shoulders and insisted that his wasn't as good as sis'.

Oilier than most Penang CKT, but not bad, can come back and eat again.

Directions : Opposite 1st Avenue Mall, Starbucks, walk across to the opposite side of the road, past a few lanes till you reach a small temple on the left. The market is next to it.
