So clandestine

 

 

Even though turtle eggs are still sold openly in Kuala Terengganu, the seller was no where to be seen.

Guess she's got to be hiding somewhere amongst all the traders I suppose, as the eggs were just left there on the floor with the price list written on a cardboard .

 

 

 

 

And while it's a delicacy known among the locals as a libido booster , I have absolutely no intention of touching it (no, that's not my hand there )

 

 

 

On the other hand, none of us could resist holding this baby turtle. The modus operandi to go see it was so clandestine, covered in a cloak of darkness and secrecy, all of us had different views on what we would actually stumble upon .

Me, I thought we were going to see a huge mummy laying eggs in the sand . Wrong.

 

 

 

In the excitement, to capture the moment,some camera flashes went off. Do bear in mind that this thoughtless action of ours could resign it to a life of blindness.

 



 

 

So glad I switched mine off.
