Trishaw chee cheong fun stall - where Indian customers outnumber the Chinese

Been searching high and low for this lady ,each time I was in KL and when I finally found her the other day , omg , I just wanted to give her a great big hug .

You see , the original operator was an old man , whom I presume was her Dad , and actually saw him training her to replace him many years ago. Obviously , he's done a good job as her chee cheong fun is still as authentic as days gone by .

Ammu's Corner - Brickfields

You can't imagine how pleased I was to see that this little shack was still up and running, since massive development has swallowed the old haunts I loved to visit.

This is the owner of the humble corner stall where I had so many (countless ! ) wholesome mouthwatering lunches, and beehoon breakfastses, he still remembers me till today. His wife is the chef, who whips up some of the most delicious recipes on planet earth.
