McDonald's gift vouchers

Ever seen McDonald's vouchers up close ? First time for me. As the postman never rings twice, had to go self collect these from the post office today.
Frankly, I'm impressed. 
Glossy and thin, but very impactful. Love the design ! Imagine if they were allowed to designed currency, now that would be interesting indeed.

9 Minions - complete set !

 

 

On the last day, a Rela officer was roped in to keep the order, stamped coupons were given out, lines were even longest at outlets where people knew that the rules would be strictly adhered to .

Menus were ridiculously limited.... where I got mine, if we didn't chose to "DONATE" our meal, they told us to take chicken nuggets O-N-L-Y. No burger, no other choice, no Happy Meal box even.

 Take it or leave it. Sheesh since it felt like they were forcing a noble act on us....I took it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Whatever it is, I got my 9 and again, I don't care if it's a cheap toy. There are people reselling this for RM $ 500 per set online while mine well you do the math . Which defies logic really, maybe someone should come up with a thesis paper on this phenomenon .
What it does show, is that most Malaysians love toys,cheap but good quality ones and this craze has managed to spawn a whole new trading platform out there in Cyberia.

 

 

 



Omg...Minion Madness !!

 

 

Things have taken a twist for the worse, or so it seems.

Ya, ya....although in the post before this I mentioned about being careful about posting things up, you just gotta see this

and be very aware that if you bring your kids, no one will be merciful ok ? They will get crushed and you will have no one to blame but yourself.

 

Even the metal shutter can get twisted. Plus I can see everyone sandwiched back to front like sardines. Notice the smiling foreigner in the front of the pic.

If you missed the other 2 weeks collection , this is the one set you absolutely must get . Very playable, very lovable !

Because one talks pre-recorded Minion mumbo jumbo, while the other lights up.

Minion Mania in Malaysia

 

Truth is, so many adult hearts in Malaysia were broken on the 11th of July. Right now we're just into week two and already there's so much venom spewed over these two Minions below .

Some people don't get the purple drones known as Evil Minions, but lemme tell you, if you're a collector this IS relevant. It's the alter ego after the cute yellow Minion gets injected by a serum. Like a mini Frankenstein.

And if you did not know me, you'll be wondering how I got away with just one breakfast set and a whole hoard of Giggling Tim's.

 In case you're wondering, it all boils down to persuasive 'skills' .

As I slowly savoured my porridge, seated in front of me was a college girl and her 2 very cooperative male partners in crime.

All three had a Happy Meal for breakfast.

A phenomenon that happens mostly on Thursdays.

Mc Donald's - Transformers Prime/ My Little Pony collection

 

 

Even though I am a Transformers toy fan, I'm not really keen on this round, as my opinion is, this batch is quite badly made. I mean, it looks nice from afar, but upon closer inspection, it's just not up to mark. Still it will do for those looking for cheap toys to entertain the small brat.

Haven't had a good look at the My Little Pony range yet, but I'm sure both girls and boys can't resist combing the pony hair for just RM $3

 

 

 

 

 

Also, bear in mind that there are no specific dates preluding the launch. That means it's a free for all. When they finish one stock, they will move on to the next.

One poor sleepy eyed boyfriend was up ahead of me, struggling between yawns and a confused state of mind (hwahwahwa...must have been issued an ultimatum )

And all for the sake of this clown suited meow meow ...

Whereas the ladies, mostly younger than mua, were all pumped up. You could practically see the fire sparkling in their eyes, from the back of  their heads.

While he's an annoying money minded character on the cartoon show , the colours they've used on him are really bright and attractive. 
 New plastic compound material too ! 
Bought the Skateboarder Spongebob also but the kiddo said it was kinda creepy, so, yeah, based on the 4 footer's opinion, I won't feature this here )
