10 tips in getting those Happy Meal toys before the scalpers do

It's Week 2 of the promotion and still , there are tons of unhappy people who were unable to get these toys due to the presence of scalpers 

. These scalpers purchase a minimum of 4 up to a maximum of 100 toys and then resell them from between 15 ringgit to as high as 90 ringgit each via various channels .

The Toyota A86 below is reportedly wiped out by the way . Yeah , even the guys want in on this . 

Took less than 4 hours in some stores , despite the outlets limiting each person to 4 toys , I mean Happy Meal sets , max each .

I didn't but I made sure I took some trouble to get this for one of my loved ones .

And he likes the one and only Optimus Prime so much , it pretty much follows him everywhere !

Regular readers will know how I have been lamenting about the quality of Happy Meal toys that gets from bad to worse with each passing year . This batch is no exception .

However , seeing how there are so many out there ( me included ) who will buy a cheaper priced Sanrio toy , well , you can't help but go out there and get one for yourself now can you ?

Week 1

The first of a 4 week series , if you drop this comb - toy , I am a hundred percent sure it will crack , thus try keeping it away from kids .

Happy the mascot was introduced in 2014 and it got off on a wrong footing with kid reviewers . 

When it comes to this range of toys that have been just released in Malaysia , even though I don't like the faded red colour , I find it oddball funny to look at .

I Want D Kuching - Oh ' s Spinning Cat

So I missed out on the 1st week promo. Only wanted the cat but there was none to be found in outlets on the island. Which led me to start trying to weedle outlet managers for one. Didn't work though I did make one funny fella remember me really well past all the crowds of people. Day before , he told me to leave my number and I scrawled " I want D Kuching" instead of  " Kucing " on a bill and shoved it in his direction. Maybe I shouldn't have done that because the next night he looked me straight in the eye and told me with slumped shoulders

Serve me right. Anyway I finally got it after being held ransom to purchase a Happy Meal set at yet another outlet  . 

Shaun The Sheep at Mc Donald ' s

Oooooo....I think Shaun the Sheep is the cutest.

2 week old Furby and some angpau's from McD

After sitting on it for 3 weeks , I decided to 'git' my own Furby. Didn't like the 2 on offer this week and so I pointed towards this Googly eyed Furby Boom ( my body may be all womanly but my brain unashamedly homes in on mindlessly cutesy stuff like this )

Mc Donald's - Penguins , 1+1 Fish Fillet & Chicken Foldover

We popped into Mc Donald's for dinner based on 3 reasons.

First .At certain outlets, you may now purchase their Penguins of Madagascar premiums straight off.Got the periscope one.Yipeee.
