Even though the father of Lim Chin Aik, has vehemently refuted the rumours as preposterous hocus pocus , it
will be some time before I even wanna feast on a crab again , especially after seeing this piece below.

Basically, what's spreading around town now, spoken in hushed tones in some quarters, attracting the punters attention, is that the deceased was granted a windfall, on the eve of his death. 

All of which would not have happened if he had not initially  caught a crab, which somehow managed to escape, only to be recaptured a second time within the vicinity of a Dato Kong shrine at the Lim Jetty.
Based on the unusual circumstances of the incident, he put two and two together, bought a set of winning numbers and struck the jackpot !

Minyak Dagu and our husbands

I have yet to find a good lady masseur in Penang up till now. Most of them are not skilled, but I do enjoy a little exchange of womanly banter as they loosen up a knot in my hands and shoulder.

Today, the conversation went like this.....

the threat of

loosing your husband to a GRO, reflexologist or masseur who smears minyak dagu or corpse oil on him.

Why ? 

Apparently , some of these women, from a certain ethnic background, from a rather large country known for breaking up countless marriages here, have no qualms about using Thai minyak dagu ( and no, they're not Thais ) with no worries about the grave repercussions.
