It's not easy finding this restaurant with no signboard (again ) especially in the dark but when you do locate it, it is certainly worth the effort.
The star dish, a must have on every visit, is their Pineapple prawn . A truly spicy and sour mouthwatering spectacle that you will never forget.
This is how it will look like when it first comes to your table. There'll be a lot of mint leaves and sliced onions on top.
Close up of the prawns.
Always fresh, always good and incredibly meaty.
The other dish I must have is their deep fried "chiu pai" tofu. You won't believe it's tofu when you're eating it.
The inside is piping hot but all of us fight over it so much so that I always have to order a second helping .
Yes , it's really that good !
Location : Jalan Bagan Ajam
Address : 6686, Jalan Bagan Ajam, Taman Bagan Ajam, 13000 Butterworth
Directions : from the ferry terminal, head towards the famous Lobster Village via the outer ring road. When you pass by the restaurant, keep right and turn right at the traffic lights. You will pass a large block of new shophouses with a Penang Road Chendol at the corner. Drive a little further until you come to a row of smaller shophouses on your right. It is next to Klinik Pergigian Lawrence.
