Lebanon Restaurant , Batu Feringghi ( U )

Batu Feringghi it was tonight, as I craved for Middle Eastern food.
Upon opening the menu, I found that they didn't just specialize in Lebanese or Middle Eastern fare.
But western grill selections with spaghetti and pizza ???
Have to admit I thought of walking out, but I am very glad I stayed .

Lamb Briyani.
Panicked because all I saw was a mountain of colourful, rice.
While the rice was a little on the dry side, as well as a little salty, I found it most fragrant and enjoyed the texture immensely.
Seriously..the best briyani rice I have had on Penang Island to date.

Upon digging in, discovered two big pieces of lamb with bone on, hidden underneath .
That explains the mountain.
Full of moist, sticky ligaments and tender meaty goodness.
Such a delight to tuck into.

Mix Grill.
Fantastic, flavourful, well marinated.
So omg.....speechless !!!
Yes..THAT good.
Will definitely 'gian' for this dish after today.
The chicken drumstick, Chich Tauok, was such a mouthwatering experience, I'm sure I levitated off my chair for a few seconds.
Respect !

Pizza Pepporni.
So generous with the mozarella are they, it will put you in heaven.
Why would I ever want to go back to chain pizza brands again after this ?
The dough is delightful and the entire pizza doesn't leave a trace of oil on your hands.
Good quality stuff this.
Makes your heart just wanna sing.

Bill.
Definitely worth every cent
