I got brainwashed by the girl at the outlet into believing that their athletic bra is even better than huge sports labels . She told me her customer who has used some of the more famous labels told her so and demmit , it worked like a charm in convincing me .

Alright . I have to agree with her .

It gives me volume and holds everything up like a maximum push up bra , without a single padding .

Was really amazed by that .

My dumplings won't fly out of place or swing around . Much like .

Succumbing to 2 shades of camouflage and a...

I have phases if you haven't noticed by now .

And currently , I am on the constant lookout for wicking material .

Actually I succumbed to temptation and instead of settling for one camouflage green , I got two . Two ? Oh no but Yep ...two .

2 shades of camouflage ( not from Forever 21 so please don't go looking for this there although other global locations might have this in stock , they do have neon camouflage capris and tops which I don't quite fancy ) and an Alberto de Herrera backless sleeved shirt from Forever 21 made from 83% nylon / polyamide and 17% spandex / elastane .

Price : I don't want to know , I just had to have 'em .

3 times weekly

As it is , I have finally adhered to a regular exercise routine .

But that's the thing about routines .

After the initial excitement , it sort of wears off , the body adapts and gets used to it . Meaning the weight shaves off much much slower , which also means you will need to amp the training up a notch or not . In which case , if you believe in " not " , then the whole point of you exercising in the first place will become in danger of being cast aside due to the monotonous grind of it all .

How to keep the fire going ? 

For me ,one of the answers is gear .

New colourful gear . Interesting fitness wear . Which has to tide all that intensive action and quick washing 3 times a week .

I've gone from being satisfied with a plain cotton tee to reading labels ....again ! Is this winter all over ?

No it isn't .

The thing is , I've got so much sweat pouring down me during each session now , that a mere cotton tee becomes a nuisance . I'm soaked and have to practically dry fast or I might catch something nasty what with my age catching up on me you know ?

It's 6pm and the crowd at Kimberley Street is not yet building up .

That gives us plenty of room to manouvre and table space to choose from which we will be hard pressed to do so at say ....8 ish .
