Had the best of both worlds when we ordered this today .

A whole deep fried bird which had skin that tasted like a thin crispy siew yoke !

Even though I have to drive all the way here to get my 'fix', I feel like I want to kiss the ground first before nursing my rootbeer float.

Yes, ever since they closed their Gurney Plaza outlet I have to pay toll and make the journey across the bridge just to dine in this outlet.

But hey, it's worth it !

This is the most famous Nasi Kandar on this side of the island.

It's so famous that at anytime you arrive, this is what you will see.

Update : fast forward November 2015.
A 2 person meal with 2 bawal fish , 2 fried chicken , 2 rice , 2 drinks plus a bowl of plain curry now costs MMYR 31 . Cheap was good while it lasted.
